TINY HOUSE, STEALTH MODE
We work within your budget to deliver a well crafted and highly designed tiny home on wheels.
Needs. Design. Price. Build. Travel...
Our process is quite similar to remodeling a house, except there's a whole lot more moving parts, literally! There are full timers (that require more house like plumbing and electrical), and weekenders or glampers that may not need so much, and everywhere in between. We start with your budget and want list. Help you layout the design in 3d prior to your purchasing your vehicle if needed, and estimate the build. Once you love everything, we start, and it takes a month or two depending in complexity to complete.
Van builds outs start around $40k, you provide the van (or schoolie, we are down for anything that rolls)
For $40,000, think more of a weekender, a van that can go off grid, but prefers to plug in more often, that has all the looks but a little more legwork with manual water storage and dumping, and prefers outdoor cooking to induction or microwaves.

Maple or oak cabinetry
Upgraded piston hinges
Pine ceiling
Ship lap walls
Marble or maple counters
Spray faucet
Built in soap pump
Engineered or vinyl wood floors
3 LED lights
12v water pump
Cassette camping toilet
Maxx air fan
7 Gallon Fresh Tank (Manual Fill)
7 Gallon Grey Tank (Manual Dump)
2 Outlets with USB chargers
12v Refrigerator
2000watt pure sine inverter
400ah lithium batteries
300 watts solar
Shore power plug in
We try to simplify the process for you, thinking of the necessities while letting you dream about the instagram worthy interior (don't worry, we are dreaming about that too!). Our interiors will be designed like our homes, high style and quality. Our power and water systems will be built according to your budget and the vans size limitations (you can only add so many solar panels and batteries!). Of course, you can't forget the garage, we can pack enough in there to accommodate fun in every season.
Need a little more than the weekender? The sky is only limited by our imaginations... oh, budget and space. We'll combine your want list with your budget to help you narrow down the best combination of ways to get to the end goal. A huge thing to remember, every single thing we want to plug in draws power, and usually an immense amount. If there is not full sun to recharge us, we may end up disappointed in our ability to pull in enough power to live comfortably. This is the main issue we come across, and something that we take for granted in brick and mortar homes.

Some things to think about
The not so glamorous side of van living... It's going to get hot. Maxx Air fans are not designed to cool, and on hot days the air movement will feel like you left the blow drier on. Adding 12v desktop style fans will help circulate the air and are much more cost effective than AC's or additional Maxx fans. Alternators are not designed to handle charging your new house batteries and will most likely need to be upgraded to do so. It's also suggested that upgrading your tires to 10 ply to carry the heavy load, replace consistently every 5 years, and possibly upgrading your suspension as some vans handle the added weight better than others. Our vans are not crash tested but we do take into consideration the PSI strength of the materials we use and the even distribution of weight added.
Solar is only full strength in full sun, and that gets hot! Winters will be hard on solar (as in you won't get much power), we suggest you chase the good weather, and look at alternate sources of power to complete your system if you desire to go completely off grid (DC to DC chargers, generators, etc).

Needs
Needs and wants. Lets just start with the full list. Including every single thing you'd like to power while you're in the van, and every thing you'd like to bring with you. Think coffee pots, blenders, microwaves, charging your computer, etc. For each high watt item that plugs in, your solar and battery needs go up by hundreds or thousands of $$$ , so think what can I live without, and what do I actually need? What about the fun stuff! Bikes, climbing gear, snowboards, kayaks (yes-I think we can!). To build out quickly and as inexpensive as possible, we need to know this before you show up. (It needs to be drawn to scale to ensure fit, estimated, and materials purchased before our installers are "on the clock" to keep your costs and timeframe time down).
Design
This is really where it all starts to come together visually for you. We start with a rough floorplan, and build on it from there, incorporating in the looks, storage, and major mechanical (solar, plumbing, electrical) components.
Price
Everything that is designed will be priced/quoted in a detailed estimate. We usually go back and forth a few times here to get it within budget. Prices start at $40,000 to convert the interior of a sprinter size van.
Build
We start by ordering actually, and once most of the major items are here we are ready to build! You can drive or ship the van here (in the central US), we'll keep it for 12-16 weeks depending on project, and you can come pick it up or have it shipped back.
Some of our projects while under construction...
Some of our vans in their natural habitat...
Travel!
This parts on you! Where to first?!
At this time we do not provide the van nor financing. You'll need to reach out to your bank or credit union to obtain a loan.
